Their restaurant double charged me and I, the customer had to deal with the unprofessional and belligerent, and hostile wife of the owner, who lacks customer service skills. This woman told me that it would take too long to look up my transaction and hung up in my face. Establishments like this are disappointing to the culture. Do better.
Good as usual but today 10/18/22 y’all forgot to give me my rice and peas but it was tasteful LIKE ALWAYS 😃😃😃
Whew Chile where do I start…I called to make a phone order and the lady put me on hold in the middle of taking my order. So at that point I was like 😬 she came back and took my order and then ask for my credit card information. I told her I was going to pay in cash and she said that she cannot expedite my order I would have to come in. So I was feeling kind of 😒 and I went to the store.
