I'm leaving them more stars than I should based on the fact that of 9+ times we've ordered food from here, this is the first time it was a total MISS.We always order from the app and always customize our sandwiches. I rarely stray from my favorite sandwich but my son likes to try out their limited time items they advertise. I visit this Jimmy John's location frequently. The food and the service is always excellent. The staff here is very friendly, fast, and professional. The small store is always bright and clean and I enjoy coming here for my favorite sandwiches. Highly recommended.
