Came twenty mins before close, (which yes I understand is a bummer as a food worker I’ve been there) but the employee was very rude. Claimed they were already closed so I apologize and said that they should let google know if their hours changed. Then she said all they had was meat and cheese if i wanted a sandwich made out of that she maybe make one for me. Look I get being frustrated but to be that rude is not okay in my opinion.

Absolutely appalling service and the food was bad. Worker named Lizbeth took our order and was basically as rude as she could be. When we finally got our food it was wrong and she refused to correct it and stated there was no manager on duty to talk to. Only after persistent asking did she say I could call the next day if I wanted but it wouldn't do anything. She was right manager didn't care either. If I could give zero stars I would avoid this location at all costs.

I order from this location regularly and this time was awful. She delivered it to the wrong house (not a big deal) but then proceeded to argue with me about how it was the correct house and I somehow got it wrong. Terrible service today and I’m very disappointed.

Super busy at lunch today and the two ladies working were killin it! There were probably 8+ ppl in there between in store and online orders and they cranked everything out and communicated with customers the whole time. ???

The phone rings and rings and rings then hangs up. Finally somebody picked up the phone and laid it on the counter. I can hear them talking in the background nobody wants to take my order

I've ordered from this location over the past three years with primarily good service and no issues except the occasional mixup in my order which gets resolved. Today a delivery driver the only one for the night shift brought my order I paid and tipped as usual after checking my order a bag of chips was left off so I called and they offered to send them out. I get a knock on my door, open it and this is what was waiting on me my chips on the ground in front of the door. I called back and the manager on duty said the driver had an attitude today and apologized for it she gave me the area managers number (Claudia) whom I sent this picture to and spoke with. She too was apologetic and issued me a store credit. I asked that the chips be picked up from where they were left and taken back I was told they'd see what they could do. Hours later thet were still there so I took them back to the store and spoke with the driver who did this and yes I was upset still about. Tossed the chips on the counter and left. Then I get a call from an (Alex Garcia) who never identified his position with the company saying that they would never service me again but yet the employee who caused all of this was still working with an attitude. This all happened today 4/17/2023 and this is how a loyal customer of this location for three years is treated? I hope the corporate office is involved because I plan on contacting them.

I'm leaving them more stars than I should based on the fact that of 9+ times we've ordered food from here, this is the first time it was a total MISS.We always order from the app and always customize our sandwiches. I rarely stray from my favorite sandwich but my son likes to try out their limited time items they advertise. This time it was their Caprese Salami sandwich that was to come with fire roasted tomatoes, pesto sauce and balsamic glaze. Like eating mozzarella/tomato caprese salad with the balsamic reduction, but on a sandwich (with salami). I placed an online order at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2023. When I arrived a few minutes later, I was told that they were out of French bread. The only bread they had was the wheat (square) sandwich type bread. I considered cancelling the order but decided to kill some time and come back for the food. I came back after 30 minutes and they delivered my 2 large ("Giant") sandwiches. I drive home and on my way dropped off the specialty sandwich to my son. Five minutes later he calls me to tell me his sandwich was missing any and all tomatoes -- much less the "fire roasted" ones. There was no pesto and no balsamic glaze on the sandwich. He sent me pictures. Now I understand how marketing teams can make a sandwich look glorious compared to what you might actually receive, but this was ridiculous. In fact, the two halves of his Giant sandwich look smaller than they should be. Like they cut a piece out from the middle of the bread so they didn't have to use as much ingredients. ? The side-by-ide photos of the sandwich look much smaller than the 8" each sandwich half should be.The store has agreed to refund my purchase based on t he fact the store is not located close to me and it was inconvenient to make a THIRD TRIP back for what should have been a simple food order. I will definitely hold them to their word should that charge not be dropped.Photos attached for their reference about the complaint.

Don't try and purchase food an hour before close. They give you the excuse they are out of bread.
