This past Saturday I tried out PR food and I was not let down! The food was absolutely delicious! I got the cubano sandwich and it was packed with flavor. The cheese was gooey and the pork was so flavorful. The bread was toasted and gave it a nice crunch! The sandwich was also big (for me)! First time having Puerto Rican food with my mom and brother and it was declicious! I would like to first point out that the owner of the truck is very sweet and welcoming!
