This past Saturday I tried out PR food and I was not let down! The food was absolutely delicious! I got the cubano sandwich and it was packed with flavor. The cheese was gooey and the pork was so flavorful. The bread was toasted and gave it a nice crunch! The sandwich was also big (for me)! My husband also tried it and was surprised as to how much flavor it had! Definitely coming back for that sandwich! Can't wait to come back and try more. The lady that took our order was so nice and she answered every question we had about the menu! I also appreciated that the food was hot and fresh!

First time having Puerto Rican food with my mom and brother and it was declicious! I would like to first point out that the owner of the truck is very sweet and welcoming! She explained to us her popular items and things she recommended we'd try. i got the Platter which is made of mini Cordon blues which is fried ham and cheese balls, cheese filled corn breads, fried cheese both chicken chicharron and fried meat and fries. everything was fried to perfection! They served this with a side of Ketchup Mayo with sounds pretty simple but when you dip the food into it it gives the sauce a garlicky kick to it! We also had mofongo and Tostones! mofongo was nice and soft it melted in your mouth! Tostones were nice and crispy and well seasoned! Highly recommeneded and filling! Closest place to getting Puerto Rican food and its a great place to start! Located in the far left corner of the Humble food Truck park in front of O Rileys Auto parts.
