If I could give this location 0 stars I would.They say your order is out for delivery but still been waiting for more than 25 minutes since that text alert when I live no more than 7 minutes from this place. I call and say my order has been delivered but it hasn’t. Then when you try to order for pick up is the same waiting game, you will have to wait more than 30 minutes before they get your order in your hands. I would choose a different location next.

Yesterday April 6 i took a chance and ordered from Pizza Hut when i should’ve listened to my gut and ordered from dominos they never disappointment me when it comes to my order. Last night after waiting almost and hour for my pizza to get delivered i paid didn’t think nothing of it until i opened up the box and it look like my pizza was just tossed around and threw it in a box. No consideration for others at all. Never again will i deal with pizza hut bad service. They need to do better

Terrible! I just ordered a mediumHot honey pizza from this location. Unpin arrival I was informed they no longer have the hot honey, I was disappointed but accepted it. I went home tried a slice and realized they put hot sauce all over my pizza.I called the location back and informed them of the mishap; the acknowledged that the person put buffalo sauce on my pizza. I was put on hold for 20 mins and then I disconnected the call.I called 3 more times and they did not answer. I then called off another number and the location picked up. After that it went down hill. I informed the manager I did not want to be put on hold because I was on hold for 40 mins! He said he understood, then put me on hold again.At this point o got aggravated and drive back to the location with my nasty pizza. I was met with terrible customer service no acknowledgment that they were avoiding my call and no type of apology. I asked for corporates number and was informed it’s online somewhere and then I asked for the name of the manner and was informed that he does not have to give me that.Customer service terrible. Manger terrible. Pizza terrible.

Per google maps my house is 1.1 miles from Pizza Hut…and my order was placed on a Thursday at 6:10 PM. The order was 1 large, 1 medium pizza, and 8 boneless buffalo wings.Pizza came 10 Minutes over the estimated range of time I was given when I placed the order and the pizza and boneless wings were both cold.Pizza was still flavorful but again …it’s cold. Nothing worse than a cold pizza.I usually order from Marcos on Mesa.Pizza always come fast and hot. Not warm …hot…like let the pizza sit and cool off a few minutes before the kiddos can actually eat hot . So I guess I just had higher expectations from “Pizza Hut”. Per Google maps my house is 1.3 miles from Marcos.

We all know things depend on who and when but I will find out the who and when for you as the experience I had on Sunday 12-17, 6pm was one of nostalgia. Pride was within the products I ordered that had me reminiscing back to early 90s pizza hut where it was an adventure to be going to the red roof for a personal pizza as a child. For the first time I truly preferred pizza hut over other brands as someone ( will find out) had pure love in that pizza. Thank you for bringing hope back into your products.

The owner of this location clearly does not care how this location has been operating in the last two years. Their transplanted staff from California has taken my online account information and been redeeming my points in California. This is sad b/c I'm sure if they were able to use my credit card information they would have. But you need the ccv to continue with order.

This last pizza i was received was good like they were during the pandemic after the pandemic the deals went away, and the pizza became poorly put together and made with no love. The pizza i received yesterday was on a credit from a previous purchase that was not good, but they made up for it with the pizza credit.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. 1st order undercooked and not sliced properly, 2 order burnt. Last night my delivery order never showed up I called the store 3 times and after Two hours the employee still would not check with the driver and told me to be patient because they only had one driver. I waited 3 hours and it never came. I list rewards points. And they don’t want to replace them.
