I was unable to place a mobile order, everything was “sold out” so I come inside to place my order and was told that they turned off mobile orders because they could not meet the demand. I saw 6 people working behind the counter, I was the only person in line.
Small girl with curly hair looks like she hates her job. Went in and after a few mins she walked over to the register to take my order, but didn’t even smile or say anything, just gave me a serious stare. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew, she put in the oleato drink and I kindly let her know I wanted the pumpkin cream cb, and she replied “I know I’m changing it” in an annoyed tone. 50-50 chance they get my order right. A Frappuccino with no whip. Last time, they put whip in it. Instead of making a new one. They scraped off the top. Put it in a new cup. The whip that was at the bottom of the old cup was now in the middle and they just poured more coffee to cover it up.
