Today I ordered a sm Oreo cheesecake blast. I got a Oreo cheesecake Sundae. When I asked for a blast they said they are out of cheese cake and just eat the sundae. I said are they the same size and price. Nope, I would be paying more with a smaller item. He said I can come sometime on Monday it. When I asked for a coupon or a refund for a sm blast so I don’t have to repay. I was told they don’t do any of that. I said well you can have the sundae and we will order another sm blast. He got all annoyed and said I said is there even cheese cake in the sundae and he said no. Sooo it’s a Oreo sundae…Tell me this doesn’t make any sense at all.This is the first time I’ve said anything with repeated wrong orders and missing items. Over the course of a year. No one is perfect but what’s with the fight of correcting your mistakes?But I hope they don’t give that sundae and gave it to some other customer…

Every time I’ve come here the workers are so incredibly kind. They introduce themselves and make sure that we have everything we need. Barbara was amazing! She had such a sweet demeanor and made the experience incredible! The only sonic I come to in Huntsville.

My daughter and I both ordered a double meat burger, supposed to be $1.99. We asked for only mustard and heavy pickle. Which means, we did not get the 4 slices of cheese, mayo, lettuce, onion that were supposed to be on the burger..They charged $1.62 for extra pickles... I will not be returning to this sonic.
