I love the pretzels there.I asked for u salted pretzel and the staff told me they couldn't make one when I always get one there all the time. Then I asked for some mini dogs they said it would take about 20 mins I said that is fi me can you charge me and I'll come back for them he said no he wanted me to come back and wait in 30 minute line since it was busy the weekend before Xmas. Then he told me we aren't making anymore. I was a little upset. So just got for my little ones...read full review

Smells great but limited selection was further limited by broken equipment. Felt like bait and switch, but may just be a timing issue. No pretzels were available for purchase; they were cooking. Other items were available such as cinnamon pretzels and pretzels dog bites, but we wanted pretzels and chocolate freeze (forget name) which were not available at the time we visited.

The customer service at this Auntie Anne’s is the best. The ladies working there were very professional and attentive. They made me exactly what I wanted and the pretzels were delicious. I highly recommend going to try the pretzels here. I am definitely going back!!
