Frustrating how regularly they are out of stock of basic items. Out of my 6 past visits they have been out of stock of salted pretzels 5 times.

came in yesterday and i had a free pretzel on the app , so i asked the cashier to scan it and she charged me for the pretzel anyways claiming "she forgot to tell me that she charged me" . worst location. don't come here. also , the pretzels aren't fresh.

I love the pretzels there.I asked for u salted pretzel and the staff told me they couldn't make one when I always get one there all the time. Then I asked for some mini dogs they said it would take about 20 mins I said that is fi me can you charge me and I'll come back for them he said no he wanted me to come back and wait in 30 minute line since it was busy the weekend before Xmas. Then he told me we aren't making anymore. I was a little upset. So just got for my little ones not me. They need to do better

Came here specifically for the almond pretzel on a Saturday night at 7pm, store closes at 9 pm. The cashier said they couldn't make a fresh batch because they start closing at 8. You still have 2 hours, before closing time. Cashier then states, he didn't know why they couldn't make more? Who owns this business? There were 6 people behind the counter. Do all the people work there? If so, you're paying 6 people to do nothing. If they don't, there's a health issue at this establishment. Business owner, do better. Whoever owns the mall needs to look into the establishment you have at your location. From all the terrible reviews, there's a big issue that needs to be addressed. Auntie Anne's, needs to look into this location as it's throwing you're business name in the dirt.

The teenagers here are disrespectful, unprofessional, rude and inadequate employees. I’ve come here and paid several times for wrong orders, only to be told “they don’t know” how long it’ll be to correct them, with terrible childish attitudes. They’ve literally rolled their eyes after being inconvenienced with having to do the job they are paid to do & step up to a register. Especially the young thin girl with brown hair. Will never eat at another Auntie Anne’s again.

We use to love Aunt Annie's and regularly would stop at the mall by us just to get one. We moved to a new area recently and having waited in line to find only one of the almond pretzels available we asked how long till the next batch was ready as we wanted 3 and would have waited for our favorite flavor but they refused to make more. Told us they wouldn't make more till the plain flavor nuggets sold and we would have to make due with those. Really?!?This is the second time and I thought the first was a fluke but no, we will never be waiting in line for poor customer service again. I miss our old location and the nice people there.
