I have really had it with whoever is running this location because it is by far the slowest drive thru I have ever been through. I know it is not the employees fault and they are always nice and make the best drinks. But whoever is the manager needs to do better. There should not be only one person running the entire place. Where is the manager? Why aren’t they in store helping so the wait is not 30 min in a drive thru. Guess I will be going to Southlake location from now on.
I can confidently say this is my all time favorite coffee shop! Not only is the staff SO KIND and friendly, the coffee is the best I have ever had (and I am sort of a coffee snob). I drink just straight black coffee and their house blend is so smooth and amazing. Not in the mood for coffee? Try one of their fuels which is a fun twist on an energy drink! The coffees are amazing! This place is packed on the weekends, and the establishment can use extra staff on the weekends because the wait times are long. But that also tells you how good their food and drinks are!
