The coffees are amazing! This place is packed on the weekends, and the establishment can use extra staff on the weekends because the wait times are long. But that also tells you how good their food and drinks are!

I have really had it with whoever is running this location because it is by far the slowest drive thru I have ever been through. I know it is not the employees fault and they are always nice and make the best drinks. But whoever is the manager needs to do better. There should not be only one person running the entire place. Where is the manager? Why aren’t they in store helping so the wait is not 30 min in a drive thru. Guess I will be going to Southlake location from now on.

I can confidently say this is my all time favorite coffee shop! Not only is the staff SO KIND and friendly, the coffee is the best I have ever had (and I am sort of a coffee snob). I drink just straight black coffee and their house blend is so smooth and amazing. Not in the mood for coffee? Try one of their fuels which is a fun twist on an energy drink! Their food is all amazing too! You can't go wrong with anything here. I love studying inside as well- very cozy environment and great big tables so you can spread out and get stuff done!!! Love Black Rock Coffee!!!!

We hold a secular kid's D&D meetup here every week, and it is a great location for it. The staff is always very friendly, the coffee is good, the facilities are always clean, and there are big tables. What more could you want?Parking: Parking is good, no real issues.Kid-friendliness: We bring up to fifteen kids in here every week, and never have any issues.Wheelchair accessibility: This facility is wheelchair accessible, and the tables seem easy for our members in wheelchairs to use.

They don't have coffee. Only espresso. How are you gonna call yourself "Black Rock ""Coffee""" and not have coffee. Not to mention the espresso taste like water. Want a hot chocolate for your kids, well it's just chocolate milk warmed up. Do better.Nice employees and nice atmosphere though
