“I ordered a chocolate cake for my mom’s birthday. The cake was fresh, delicious and beautifully decorated. My mom and sister loved the cake and they make everything from scratch. My sister especially loved the icing. I will definitely reorder from this bakery.“

The representative was extremely kind and offered to make a board for me. She went out of her way to do this and didn’t have to. By itself or in the Barrera tacos, it’s always a favorite.The turkey was not dry, really good taste and very tender.Every side I’ve had is always fantastic, but the beans are my favorite. The onion and cilantro have just enough flavor to compliment the juices and beans. But that's it. The fufu while not traditional was good. The bread of the meat pie was heavy the filling was INCREDIBLE. SO SO GOOD. I ended up eating just the filling ?? overall I can't complain it was good but don't ever give me the dry meat if you see my name on the order??‍♀️“

“Scratch Catering catered my wife’s 60th birthday party at our home. It was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, and plenty of it! We have a lot of leftovers that will last us a while(we had some no-shows). The staff was very professional and left our kitchen as clean as it was when they showed up. It's great to see more cultural cuisine represented on this side of the DFW! This plavlce is a must try! They have vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Both are delicious! Unlike in Austin and San Antonio where many of the shops are connected to a gas station or modernized to the point of being an alternate self, if this makes since, this location is unchanged.
