When we first moved here from Memphis, Tn we had a hard time adjusting to the BBQ. We happened to be at an event Scratch was catering and we fell in love with their pulled pork, spot on, it reminded of us home. Scratch Catering is amazing across the board! From the chef who prepared the food, to the delivery team, the flawless set up of food and the genuine care to making sure your event goes well.I used Scratch for my husband's birthday - he love to cook and wanted brisket - Scratch prepared an amazing brisket for 30 people, plus salmon, and cauliflower steak for our vegi friends. Scratch Catering catered my wife’s 60th birthday party at our home. It was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, and plenty of it! We have a lot of leftovers that will last us a while(we had some no-shows). The staff was very professional and left our kitchen as clean as it was when they showed up. This is a premium service and worth the price if you’re looking for the best of the best.
