Nice little place to stop and have a beer...Lots of antiques.... I saw some really old local beer cans that were very cool.Vintage taxidermy, they had a Wolverine with snarling teeth.Several deer mounts and a Moose.Several Budweiser Clydesdale pool table lamps in good condition.The old style bar chairs reminded me of 1930 art deco.You can tell the Buckhorn Saloon has been around for sometime. Wow I saw the other reviews scores. And the dozen times I have been in there it's been nothing but 5 stars. The problem is it's not some fancy yuppy bar. It's a place you wipe your feet when you leave, and you know what, it's a great feeling. It's old, rustic, low ceilings, and dark. When I say old, it's rustic old.
