Food was great. I had the bacon cheeseburger and my son had the kids chicken strips meal. Everything was tasty and fresh. Service would have been 5 stars but my son was asking about one of the treats in the freezer cooler (buster bar) and the girl at the counter didn’t know what it was. That’s okay. He got the ice cream sandwich and was swooning over how delicious it was.Kid-friendliness: Every kids meal includes an ice cream treat!

Second time ordering from the app. Had to go back cause of missing items and that’s because I had it repeated back to me. Grilled chicken salad was all lettuce no chicken and the bit of chicken it did have was cold like ridiculous. Come on DAIRY QUEEN y’all need to do better and be mindful when making customers
My husband ordered tacos @ Ingleside store last night. When they came, the tortillas were badly burned, & 1 taco was only a half shell. I ate 1,& complained to the staff. She asked me if I wanted more, & I said ok. Then we waited for a long time for them to come. Finally went to the counter,& had to wait longer. Those weren't much better. I have been eating there for many years, but will no longer eat there again. The tacos were tasteless & the service sucked.

We ordered three patty melts, three fries and an order of tacos. The patty melts were on hamburger buns (not Texas toast) with a meat patty and slice of plastic unmelted cheese…..whose idea was this for a patty melt……we will never go again…..the fries were also cold and very greasy…..we took out.

First time using there app to order pick up. Waited 25 town headed over to pick up large order. When we arrived I was informed that they just received it when I arrived. So I told the young lady I'll go get my kids and come back. Another 25 minutes pass and I return for my order. The management did apologize.But then I get home and my sons burger isn't even what I ordered plus we where missing the extra gravy we ordered. I called and spoke to management and was told that's what I ordered I said no mam I have the screen shot of my order. Was told that there not even on the menu anymore. Told her then maybe tell you area director fix the website. They do have the stuff to make it so he will get his burger next time . Management apologized again.
