If I could give the service -0 stars I would. Two young guys working In The front. One was very rude, saying passive aggressive remarks out loud while the other employees laughed. Will not be returning here.

I witnessed an extremely rude encounter with a staff member named Marquis. He was yelling at a customer in front of me and so beyond rude all because the customer was taking a few extra seconds to decide what they wanted. There were only two people in line behind him (including me) and I didn't even notice the few extra seconds nor did I mind. The employee proceeded to make comments and shoved his bowl of food to the next employee in line saying he didn't want to deal with him anymore and moved on to me. This employee, M, was also extremely rude to one of the woman workers as well. I will not be returning to this location and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone to file a complaint. Please fix this system and be more mindful of who you're employing.

First time at this location. Had a bad experience. Nine customers were waiting to order their food (including two of us),two employees busy restocking the food instead of taking orders, four employees were back in the kitchen area. Among employees one person was telling the other person what to do. I couldn't figure that out who was the team leader or the shift manager!!! We all had to wait.... finally all the kitchen crews came up front to take orders and prepare the food. A very mismanaged place. We were there little after 1 pm. Maybe that had something to do with it.Oh well Not an overall good experience ?

This has to be the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I have been multiple times and this is the last time I am coming to this location. STAY AWAY. Chipotle is normally extremely conservative when it comes to their protein allotment but this place takes the cake. They will give you almost no meat, never seen anything like it before. Avoid this place. If it wasn’t for the long line during dinner rush hour I was going to bring this up to a manager so I hope one sees this review.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.. TAKEOUT ORDERS ARE NOT CORRECT!Spent $80 to find out when I got home one of the orders was not correct, so I had to drive 15mins back to get it corrected. They offered me a free drink. WTH Dinner was already ruined since everyone ate exccept my son and I. We had to eat alone. So if you want takout, hopefully you'll eat anything they give you. Customer service was no help as well.Never forget
The staff was incredibly nice and the food was delicious but the place looked like the previous crew didn't finish their cleaning.The people who had opened were hustling to get it clean while also being very friendly and making the order.

This is the worst chipotle around here I’ve been here about 3 or 4 times. Seeing the same 2 obnoxiously loud MEN, especially the short boy with the tattoos…..little man syndrome for sure! very nasty attitude last time specially he just wanted EVERYBODY to know he was drunk … on the clock. Wanting to be the center of attention. Will not be returning plus the food area was dirty

I love chipotle, but this specific location has really gone downhill. No one smiles, and no one looks like they like being there which just makes the whole atmosphere feel hostile. I thought it was just the day I went in, but this has been true the few times I've gone in. The rice was overcooked and the flavor just isn't there. I love chipotle, but I would stay away from this location.Parking: There is plenty of parking shared between Chipotle and neighboring stores.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking up front.
