The 6 course dinner was the best decision I’ve ever made. I went with a food connoisseur and they similarly agreed that the quality, presentation and overall taste is Michelin level. We were treated to some of the best service, atmosphere and attention to detail we both have ever had. This is a five star experience and Chef Sara is a master of her craft. Everything was hand selected and crafted by her expertise and we are so grateful. If you have anyone you need to impress, this hidden gem will earn you praise I assure you. Please take my heartfelt recommendation that I don’t think I’ll ever have a better meal in my life. She also has a coffee and pastry shop that is worth every penny. Great job and please continue the art of fine food! Thank you.Vegetarian options: Chef Sara is a master of her craft and I anticipate she could handle any vegetarian request.Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my friends crab, cherry and almond allergy perfectly well.Parking: Great parkingKid-friendliness: Adorable cartoon/anime movies and shows are shown on TVs. Atmosphere is very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: My mother was disabled and I would have had no issue in taking her here.

Excellent neighborhood sushi and drinking to be with good friends and talk about fishing, guns, and our wonderful wives or girlfriends. Chef Nam is gracious and fed us well. Server is kind and attentive.

I came at lunch to celebrate my birthday, and server Sophiya seated me and took my order promptly. My water glass was always refilled. I also had a tall glass of Asahi, and they serve it in a new fresh cold glass after I down the previous one. This day, Chef Nam served me A5 Wagyu nigiri; fresh as the tuna favorites. I am a fan of the otoro, chutoro, saba, kinmedai, hamachi belly, salmon belly, and Santa Barbara Uni. The large boiled shrimp nigiri is amazing and inexpensive! One of few places to use good Japanese rice and nori. Satisfied, I bought chef an Asahi, and insisted we drink for today. I told chef that I will return with my Japanese, and this will be my weekly drinking spot. I look forward to more izakaya foods along side with wagyu, sushi, and sashimi.

This spot is a hidden gem. That sushi rice flavor and texture is excellent. The fish specials are flown in from Japan and chef says they have the same supplier as Hatsuyuki.Food style and quality is excellent. It is simple and elegant in a more true edo style sushi. Contrary to alot of other spots the flavors aren't drowned in mayo based sauces.Their new menu items were a great hit for my tastes. Texture and flavors are awesome I recommend the fries green beans especially. Their tempura is lightly battered and deliciously crispy. Chef sent out a small osecchi box that had some fun pickled dishes to go with the bottle of sake I ordered.Speaking of sake. Edoko easily has one of the best sake selections in dfw. The sakes would all be highly rated in Japan and they range across all spectrums of the sake taste profile. I'd honestly go just to sit at the bar and drink their sake menu down. Rec would be the dassai 45 as they pour it from 1.8!

Fancy and good, but didn't justify the cost. Server was very nice. Too slow - almost 2 hours for the 6 course meal which was a few bites at a time. The chef drinking beer while making sushi was a bit different. And their kids hanging out at the end of the bar on their ipad.

Love the food and enjoy the Omakase at the bar. Each sashimi and Nigiri is crafted and paired with sophisticated seasoning. We had 9 different fish and got Yuzi cheesecake and Mango mousse dessert for early Valentine's Day on the house. It was wonderful. Had a great conversation with our sushi chef as well. will definitely come back.

Next level quality and care in the sushi prep. Outstanding Nigiri and rolls. Unique starters and other options. Great Japanese whiskey selection.

The service at this restaurant was amazing, with our waiter being attentive and friendly. However, the sushi was a major disappointment. The Toro was chewy, the Hamachi didn't taste like Hamachi, and overall, the quality was poor. The drinks were also lackluster and overpriced. All of it overpriced. It's unfortunate to leave a negative review, especially with such great service. We hope the restaurant takes this feedback to improve the quality of their sushi.

This place is fabulous! If you're stuck at a convention in the area take an Uber here. Fish was fresh delicious and delicate! Service amazing. Very clean too! I would come back for sure!

Roll quality has significantly regressed in the last 2 years. I remember when going, the fish quality is not as good and the rolls lack the presentation abd shine they once had. We will not be back. A shame little kitana is outdoing such an esteemed establishment as this. Hope they do

Incredible sushi. Edoko never fails to impress me with their flavors. Best sushi rolls in the dallas area by far. Their nigiri are my favorite and I love their nigiri bento. I highly recommend
