April 25th 6:00 pmDude ringing my order up as well as a/c in entire place is out. Was a miserable experience.Even after ordering I tried to get money back and they said no order was being made.The crazy thing is someone can come out and fix asap. They need to do better

Came in after work on 4/19 around 5:30 PM wanting a clean nice dinner. Ordered a BYO sandwich with soda and fruit. Total was 16 dollars which is already expensive for what you are getting.Went to sit down and at least 7 tables had eaten food sitting waiting to be cleared. The tables that were “clean” looking at the floor had crumbs and debris all over.The mgr was just standing at the register so I’m not sure why there was no one busing all the clearly filthy tables…it wasn’t crowded.I will no longer pay this much money to eat in a dirty restaurant - and that was just the dining room.

Stopped in order a Ham Muffaletta to go at 1:40 this afternoon. Service was good. Although the sandwich was tasty - there was little meat and cheese. When you spend $11.15 for a sandwich and a cup of fruit you do not expect to be hungry when you finish. Your competition does not skimp on the ingredients. Disappointing.
Jason's deli never fails. I would have given the service five stars but the manager was discussing something with an employee and did not keep an eye on the counter. I had to go back up to request something and it took them a few minutes to turn to address me. I guess I could have said something but since they were discussing business and not having a leisurely conversation I really didn't mind waiting.

Mine is online order. I was there to pick it up at the given time. Only one person taking orders. He continued to take orders from people there for dine in. Did not bother to ask people standing at designated area for online orders. This continued for 20 minutes. Apparently my order was ready but was not packed. Didn’t receive my order for another 10min. Totally unacceptable.

Notice the response from the business owner to my review. Although my original rating remains the same, it's worthwhile to consider the fact the person in charge takes responsibility and is committed to solving the problem. That's not always the case. Of course, the real test is your experience and mine when you visit.

The jalapeño ranch made the big chef salad a 10/10. The salad itself is enough for several people to eat. Money well spent!
