Mine is online order. I was there to pick it up at the given time. Only one person taking orders. He continued to take orders from people there for dine in. Did not bother to ask people standing at designated area for online orders. This continued for 20 minutes. Apparently my order was ready but was not packed. Didn’t receive my order for another 10min. Totally unacceptable.
Ordered Texas Style Spud Original; and I need to say this this was the best food that I have had in the US since moving from UK. Easily gets my 10 star rating!! Great taste, good portion size and great value for money! Kudos to the chef

Jason's deli never fails. I would have given the service five stars but the manager was discussing something with an employee and did not keep an eye on the counter. I had to go back up to request something and it took them a few minutes to turn to address me. I guess I could have said something but since they were discussing business and not having a leisurely conversation I really didn't mind waiting.
