Fries was not fresh, they should be ashamed to wanna give someone fries that was made yesterday or hours before. I know the photes doesn't really show, but my fries was cold and not good at all.
Here is the translation from Italian to English:Fast-food not up to par with competitors like McDonald’s or In-N-Out. Very expensive compared to other fast-food chains and with lower food quality than them. Not recommended.

I have never come here where the fries and chicken were fried in some fresh oil. Always tastes bitter … I give them a chance by coming here once a month but never fails. Always bad oil. Someone in corporate should try it and tell me what they
