Despite a cocktail that was sent back, it was replaced with the correct ingredients promptly. All the rest was good. We were a party of seven, most of us ate, and what we ate (grilled chicken club) was quite good.

I am giving Bar Louie 2*'s because there specials on gift card purchases are riddled with exceptions to use! I bought $50 in gift cards with a supposed bonus of $15. Well to find out the $15 can NOT be used on happy hour appetizers or on holidays in addition it expires. This only became apparent when I dined there and tried to use at happy hour and they did not accept it! Then on the last day of acceptance I dined there at brunch on Easter for full price food and again NO acceptance. You are only made aware of this after the purchase and if you read the tiny print! I did email the corporate office needless to say NO response!On top of this both of their locations at Sugar Land and Katy are poorly staffed. It took me 30 minutes to get a margarita at the Katy location. Ridiculous. The last time I went to the Sugar Land location the food was greasy and looked thrown together. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and another 35+ minutes to find our server and get our check. This establishment has went down in service and food quality wise plus I feel it is deceptive the way the gift cards are advertised!

I would give this place zero stars if I could! Horrible service, didn’t want to turn on the heaters he couldn’t figure it out so I ask could he try another heater he told us let him know as if “we needed to think about something “ and he walked away sat at the bar… the place wasn’t busy so after waiting for awhile I asked him did he put our drinks in he said yes y’all in a enjoyable conversation with I’m assuming the manager (female) then once I saw our service didn’t matter I just said we’re just going to leave. With a smile on his face he waved and said okay bye goodbye. Not sure if because we’re black or if they were just busy but we wasn’t treated fairly. So I would never return back to this location!

Really disappointed in how Bar Louie has changed. Went to happy hour & the 1 good thing is the drinks are still on point. The food was cold so I sent it back & then I was charged full price for the replacement. Service was slow. Tables were dirty. Bar Louie used to be our go-to happy hour place, but after this experience, I’ll be exploring other restaurants.

This is always a good place to grab a quick bite and watch some March Madness. They are attentive and quick to bring out the food. Most of the food is tasty, although the Flatbread isn't the best. The burgers are on point though!

This place used to be our go-to. It had great food, polite/prompt service, and good value for your money. However, the last few times we've gone in recent months have been one disappointment after another. Dry chicken in the salad and flatbreads, cold food, wilted/brown lettuce, and boneless wings so overcooked the meat was crunchy. Service has been AWFUL. Our waitress sat in the corner next to the kitchen door on her phone, and we had to ask her to take our order after 20 minutes....we were her ONLY table. I was hoping this was a fluke, but it seems to be the new norm. Unfortunately, we won't be visiting again.

Came back after 2 years and im shocked how downhill the place is. Used to be amazing, the food is ok not bad not good. Service is slow and very condescending. I was told to hurry to order my meal lol. I got my appetizers after 15 minutes and then 2 minutes later my main course arrives?How can you eat appetizers without your main course getting cold?floors are filthy and tables are dirty. Took my dessert to go. I wanted to stay and have a few drinks like before, but this place no longer deserves my money. I hope they take to heart my feedback its not to rant but an honest critique. If they don't fix their act they will be closed soon.

The service here is simply outstanding and the burger was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time at a great value. If you need a great lunch, great value andoutstanding customer service . Best thing about Baldi is the service bartenders are super friendly super nice it’s open till late. That’s another plus point food. I would rate it as three couldn’t find much selection. This is more like a hangout place. Ambience is OK. It could have been better but overall a nice place to hang out with
