Highly disappointed at the Katy TX La centerra location. That place was a mess and dirty. It lacked cleanliness and the young man was awful. Seemed like he did want to be there. Forgot to say thank you. Forgot my pitta forgot to ask if I want a drink. I had to return to ask for a cup for water and my pita. my $13.00 salad hardly romaine and arugula. Service has declined and cleanliness is non existent specially if you have an open kitchen and serving area. Makes me wonder if health and food procedure are being followed. I was going to dine in but decided to go instead

First time trying Cava, and honestly, it was really delicious! Would definitely come back here to try their bowls and other options. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Overall, it was a great experience and tasty spot to eat some Mediterranean food! Highly recommend!
Ive come here plenty of times with no issues in the past, but the last 2 times have been terrible. I never leave bad reviews, but I was already having a bad day and one staff member made it even worse. As soon as I walk in the door, there was no one in line but me and this other person that were waiting to order. I kid you not.. it took at least 15 minutes just to do that. The whole process took well over 30 minutes..The employees were lethargic and just sending it in. After the first person orders, a tall staff member gave me attitude as soon as I greeted him, and continued throughout the entire ordering process. It was like I was annoying him for him to have to do his job, and they were short and gave me a nasty look the whole time as well. However, I still tried to be as nice as possible. The rice/lentils were inedible and undercooked if cooked at all.. and it was one of the worst bowls I've ever had.The owner needs to tell some of the employees to check their attitude at the door when they come to work (even when theyre having a bad day) and at least speak when spoken too. This place has really gone down hill, and I'm done with it.

Kaylani was an excellent server! It was my first time eating at this place and she was very understanding and patient with me when deciding a what to get, and her recommendations honestly were the right choices because it was so delicious! I honestly think I found one my new favorite places to eat now.
Customer service by manager Meech is top tier, quick checkout by Kimberly, and agile food preparation by Eric , Cinco Ranch Cava will be an experience that will be hard to ever top. I will be back everytime i come to Cinco Ranch 100%

When I eat in the store everything comes out fine. now, when i order online it’s a different story. I am always missing something out of my plate, they’ve gotten stingy with the portions and the lentils are rock hard. I’m disappointed because Cava is one of my favorites so I won’t necessarily will stop ordering but the convenience of ordering out isn’t an option for me anymore because i know im not going to get what i paid for. Very disappointed.

Overall good experiences at CAVA! They have become my go to for a quick dining experience that is healthy and accommodates my MANY food allergies. They are very receptive and responsive to feedback, at least at the corporate/management level.Sometimes tables haven't been wiped down, which is off-putting during a dine in experience (have observed at a few locations). And one occasion at the Cypress location, my significant other and I experienced a situation where an employee seemed to have an issue with our interracial relationship - but that is on the employee, and not the company.Lastly, I was getting the falafel during thr first couple visits, not realizing there was both wheat and soy in them (not listed on labels in the establishment!!!) - glad I didn't have a reaction and only found out after I downloaded the app!Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian, but there are many vegetarian or vegan options here.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, download the app and indicate your restrictions, the app will warn you if you add an item that includes ingredients from your restricted list. Also, go online and download the Cava Allergen & Nutrition Guide to review on your own.
