New favorite Mexican?! Swung by for lunch yesterday and I am already dreaming of coming back. The wait staff were friendly & attentive, cups did not stay empty for long. I ordered the El Jimador Rita and my mom the Ultimate Rico's, both were really tasty and satisfying. Coming here, you MUST order the Stuffed Avocado, it stole the entire show for this meal. We had a family gathering here recently and everyone agreed that Chalupas food was the most excellent in Houston!! Such great flavors & freshness that we plan to make this restaurant our go-to spot! Not one dish was boring or plain, but exceptional in taste! Our server was great, courteous & helpful! The inside is nicely decorated and much larger than its outside appearance. This is the best kept secret treasure in Houston!

This is a new Mexican food restaurant on Mason Road near Franz Road. I have gone 3 times and each meal I have ordered has been excellent. They will customized to suit your taste by adding onions, sour cream, extra Mexican sauce, jalapeños etc. to their menu selections.
