I ordered for delivery, asked for extra didnt get it, okay cool whatever. BUT THE MEAT IS HORRIBLE. ON THE COMMERICALS YOU SEE ALL VEGGIES CUT IN HOUSE DAILY. but what about the MEAT. The steak was hard or fat, nothing in between. call me karen, but, I pay 20 dollars for a burrito, I think i deserve a great meat quality along with the fresh cut veggies!

After some miscommunication with how to redeem a free entree I was met with nasty attitude by the register person Sheyla. I got back in line to order the proper item and watched Sheyla give a customer 2 extra burritos and not charge for it because she couldn’t figure out which one was there’s. When it was my turn again to pay she still gave me attitude and didn’t give me my receipt, when I asked for I guess it made her more upset so she snatched it out the printer and handed it to me in a rude way. I was extremely nice the entire time to everyone because I knew what I was trying to figure out was difficult so I was confused on why I was treated poorly.

FALSE ADVERTISING...Went to the location in Katy Texas to get a bowl and saw this "special". It's $1.25 more than the steak bowl which seemed fair since you get "extra" ingredients, right. The photo shows the best part... guacamole!Well, come to find out, if you want what the photo shows, you also pay an additional $2.50!Called the manager over to alert him of what he's advertising and he said "too bad".So much for honest promotion and happy customers.I declined. NEVER bringing my money the ANY Chipotle location again.

There is something wrong here at this location. Maybe the employees don't care. Floor was dirty, no white rice, soda machine empty, tortilla cold with stale texture. This was a pretty bad Chipotle experience.

I came here a couple weeks ago and I had my bowl made by the manager Ida. I cannot believe how disrespectful she is. Not only to me, but how she treats her employees. You would think she’d get atleast one thing right but no. she’s focused on making the food super fast and then leaving. I sat down to eat my food to watch her and shortly after I started eating she went to back leaving one person making food. It started getting busy again and I was expecting her to come back, but nothing. She finally came to make HERSELF food and then left again! I was baffled. This lady is so lazy to put forward her own desires to eat and go on break, but god forbid these employees do. Horrible manager, I feel bad for these employees.

I’ve been a Chipotle fan but sadly they seem to be headed downhill.The employee making my bowl was rude. No greeting at all, just super cold and seemed like he didn’t like his job. Same thing with the cashier, o customer service at all.Edited to add: my exact same bowl costs a little bit more at this Chipotle than it does at the one on Fry rd.Upon sitting to eat I discovered how dirty the entire restaurant was and wondered why nobody could be bothered to help clean. It was not busy at all.The newer location on 99 and Morton is even worse than this one.

Before the Chipotle by Kroger was built, this location was our only option. We've gotten a variety of menu options and have been less than satisfied every time. We haven't been to this location in a while, but I thought I'd give it another try. Once again same result. Food was bland, not hot, and portions are decreasing every time we go. The person who put the ingredients on our bowl/burrito made it obvious they didn't care/want to be there, which I get but making your customer feel like they're in a passive aggressive environment is not fun. The cashier was nice and complimented my tattoos, bit one person does not make the business. Once again we will ONLY be going to the location by Kroger off 99. There is a reason this location only has 3.7 stars. If you want flavorful, hot Chipotle, this is not the place.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The only reason I am giving chipotle 2 stars is because of the service, otherwise I'd give it zero. I was a loyal Chipotle customer for a long time when if first opened and absolutely loved their food. In the last 10 years it has gone downhill and it makes me sad. The quality and taste is just not there. The rice used to be SO good and now it's just bland and boring. I try it every once in a while to see if it's any better. But today I paid $12 for a burrito that had zero flavor. These burritos used to be like $6 and were delicious. I understand there is inflation and the price has to increase but I'm not willing to dish out $12 for a bad burrito. Sadly, I think this is my last chance . Either bring the better quality food back or lose customers.
