I’ve been a Chipotle fan but sadly they seem to be headed downhill.The employee making my bowl was rude. No greeting at all, just super cold and seemed like he didn’t like his job. Before the Chipotle by Kroger was built, this location was our only option. We've gotten a variety of menu options and have been less than satisfied every time. We haven't been to this location in a while, but I thought I'd give it another try. Once again same result. Food was bland, not hot, and portions are decreasing every time we go. The staff was very nice and helpful! The only reason I am giving chipotle 2 stars is because of the service, otherwise I'd give it zero. I was a loyal Chipotle customer for a long time when if first opened and absolutely loved their food. In the last 10 years it has gone downhill and it makes me sad.
