I can be a snob when it comes to Vietnamese food, so I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing meal that we had! We ordered a variety of dishes to eat family style. The caramelized catfish cooked in a clay pot (ca kho to) was absolutely delicious, hitting all the right notes when it came to being both sweet and salty. Food was decent. I enjoy having a Vietnamese pho and rice restaurant nearby that is fair on food quality. Some other Vietnamese rice dish restaurants (Com Tam stores) in the Katy and Cypress area do their own take and it's definitely not original so I'm glad this one is consistent like the stores on Bellaire.
