Just found this restaurant. They serve teas and dim sum type foods and roast pork and duck and char Sui and some Chinese dishes. I got their soya sauce noodles which was pretty good. Will come back to try more!

Yan Tea has recently renovated and reopened. I am so excited try this place again. I got BBQ combination box. Crispy pork belly, Chinese BBQ pork, and roasted duck are definitely better than Chung Wang. However, all dim sum items feel like frozen food. Ha Gow (shrimp dumpling) is very rubbery. You can get definitively pick up better frozen dim sums from H-Mart. Pork and preserved egg congee taste okay but I wish they gave me mince pork instead of large chunk of meats.
