Fresh, delicious food. Plenty of options. Fuddruckers has left the Katy area. One of the things I loved about Fuddruckers was their fresh hamburger buns. Flappy has filled this void with delicious hamburgers. Flappy is a small, mom and pop restaurant near the Grand Parkway and Highland Knolls. We stopped here because my husband was craving a burger and I liked the name! Boy did we score here! I had the Habacado Burger without the bun(allergy) and it was AMAZING! My husband had the JLo burger and he devoured it! Everything so fresh and flavorful!! It’s a must when we’re in this part of town!! You won’t be disappointed! We also love supporting small business owners!

flappy turbo burger was decent, messy bite. Burger patty was well done and crispy bits of Philly meat (thinly sliced )with the caramelized onion made it delight.the chicken in caesar salad was juicy and not grilled to death. is there such a thing as fresh croutons?.. I must've been served some frozen ones in the past. these were easy to bite. overall it was a pleasant trip.
