I sent my daughter in on our lunch break, and she did not have a pleasant experience. Upon arrival my daughter gave me a call and requested whose name it was under due to the order number (1022968) not pulling up. She enter into the building and was not greeted by the staff. She then proceeded to see if the order was in the hot and ready pick up oven and it was not. The cashier stated "Can't you see if it is not in the hot and ready oven it is not ready" I stated to my daughter to not respond and continue to wait. She then proceeded to slam the food that we ordered upon it being done. My daughter pulled out the food and then the cashier/staff opened the hot and ready oven and stated did you not see it was in there. The experience was not pleasant, and I have called three times and was not answered.

This woman just ruined my day and my appetite, I pulled up to the menu board to order my food said hello a few times no answer, I seen the window was half way open so I pulled up and said hello a few more times then slid the window back more to greet someone well this evil witch came to the window immediately with an attitude and said you need to go order in the back then proceed to slam the window in my face. I may not spell it right but Her name is Elica balasco (if I didn’t spell it right it sound like it) but when I threatened to call corporate she threatened to call the cops saying I’m trespassing lol. And the trip part about all this is As soon as get back to work to tell everyone about it more than one ppl stopped me in my sentence to tell their story about her and what happened when they went. Whoever in charge of this location need to remove that evil entity from that location. And I hope she see this she need a reality check.

We will definitely not place an order at this location again, the employee who takes telephone orders is extraordinarily unfriendly. It has happened many times but today at 11:00 am it was the last straw. From now on we will place our orders at another pizzeria where we feel that we are not in the way when we call.

This place is trash and customer service from the “Team Lead” was TRASH was down the road from my house and they gave me a cold burnt pizza and cold cheese puff which were not even cheese they were pepperoni which I do not eat. The food had to be sitting there for at least 30 minutes was not fresh what so ever straight GARAGE. Team lead said there was nothing he personally do because the GM is the one who handles returns and is he laughed about the situation. He was very unprofessional and definitely does not know how to take care of customers.

The pizzas are very good, what is not useful is the attention, I went to buy a pizza on March 8, 2024 at approximately 2:00 in the afternoon and the cashier treated me in an inadequate manner, since I did not know English she told me It was better for me to get out of the car and order the pizza inside the store, (with an annoying character) even though she knew and spoke Spanish, she continued speaking to me in English, I asked to speak with the manager and my surprise was that it was the same person; the one who treated me badly. I only suggest that those in charge of hiring hire helpful people who like the work so that these types of situations do not happen that lead to the non-acquisition of the product.
They was very courteous And the wait was short on my PIZZASI GO THERE 5 TIMES A MONTH. THE PRICES ARE VERY LOW.
