This is a hidden gym right in the middle of Katy. We had a wonderful meal here. The food was excellent. We had about 6 different dishes and they were all delicious. The roti, the soup, and the spicy fish were my absolute favorite. To top it off the owner/cook came out and sang some two songs over the karaoke machine.

The aroma hit me the moment I stepped through the door of Uncle Chin's Kitchen. My friend, insisting me "I know you'd love this place."He was right. The Hainanese chicken, glistening with a golden hue, arrived first. The moment I dug in, the melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and the fragrant rice, redolent with coconut and pandan, had me in awe. Eating here is like going to your favorite aunt and uncle’s house, you are filled with happy anticipation because you know the food and the company is always going to be AMAZING! It’s such a cozy restaurant, and the food never disappoints. I’ve always had the warmest service and there is never any food left over on our plates because we always eat it all! The Hainanese chicken is amazing, and I could just eat the rice by itself because it is so flavorful!
