The customer service here stinks! When I pull up to a drive thru I should be able to hear the person taking my order. if they are unable to talk loud enough, they should ne be doing that job. As someone who has worked in customer service/sales for 15+ years, and sold over $30,000 in various direct sales companies (kitchen utensils, books, etc.) I know what I'm talking about...you need to tell your customer what they owe, and let them know how much change they are getting...its...read full review
