Here it is: We went to the Ruchi's tonight for Father's Day (always do it on Monday instead of Sunday). This was our second time there and it was even better than the first time. I tried the Camarones Al Mojo De Ajo because it sounded good on the menu. But in reality it is one of the most amazing dishes I've ever eaten. It's heavy on the garlic and I love garlic. I can already tell this will be what I order everytime we go back, which will be often. This is probably one of the best Mexican food I've ever tasted! Ruchi's rocks and we will be back!“

“Pretty good food. Tacos are a bit pricy 2.95/3.50 for corn and flour. However that is the norm now. The fajita was very good and tender. Same with the pastor. I got a burrito, felt like it was huge but could’ve used just a bit more meat. Will definitely be back. The salsa bar is also very good.“

“My husband and I have been searching for the Mexican restaurant to replace our favorite since we moved here 3 years ago. I am happy to say we have finally found it! Liana’s just served us the best Mexican food we’ve had in 3 years! From the warm salsa, white queso and chips to the amazing Carne Asada ( with my husband’s personal barometer, the charro beans) finishing with perfect Tres Leches! “Had never tried their barbacoa. Ordered 1 lb. to go. Our Sunday tradition is having this for breakfast and let me tell you, this will now be our to go place from now on ! Great flavor, clean Not greasy and comes with HOMEMADE tortillas your choice of flour or corn or mixed, and limes, onions & cilantro and an amazing green salsa ! Why didn't we know they sold barbacoa on the weekends I would have been getting it here instead of the carniceria around the corner which is not even close to this good ! “I accidentally messed up my order here on Aug 14 and set it for the wrong date and time but the manager whose name I didn't get a chance to ask was SO NICE. I came in and told them about my mistake and it was right near the closing time but they still made time to see if the kitchen could get our order in for the night. They made it work and even offered us free soft drinks while we waited. I worked food service for over five years and I am so impressed with the service and care and kindness at this Torchys. “Was craving street tacos and this food truck came up on google maps. Was happily surprised to find 2 trucks in the same gas station complex one for tacos etc and other for roasted corn both of which we love. We ordered chicken and beef tacos plus chicken torta. Food was delicious but tacos were on the smaller side. They had picnic tables with paper towels and hot sauces on request which was definitely great! The meat in the tacos tasted very good. Will definitely be back. Unlike some other taco trucks, they do accept credit card which was great as sometimes people dont carry cash.“

Parking: I've never struggled to find parking. Most vehicles are in and out.“

“Food trucks are always more $$ than regular restaurants. The customer service is a top notch. The young lady was very friendly and nice. But the older lady was kinda annoyed, maybe it was a late night.
Order Birria combo, the noodle soup was too salty for me. They need to improve the taste. The taco was great.
Overall, price abit too high for a food truck quality, food needs some improvement.

Note: If you are tired, just go home or find someone to replace you for that day.“

They are positive and do not get discouraged. They try their best to inspire our son. This is a place where he gets his energy out while learning about teamwork, following instruction, motorskills, and more. He gets opportunities to make friends while in a constructive environment. I strongly recommend Dynamic to anyone who has a restless little one on their hands.“
