THE BEST Location in ALL areas of service! I request and require hot foods/drinks to be HOT and cold items COLD- but here, they get everything PERFECT EVERY TIME!All the window personnel are friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Inside every location is clean and full of ambiance. Pricing is fine. Quality and taste are great : We LOVE Minuti! We have coffee and tea only.
For the first time here I went to a Christmas photo event with Santa and everything was very nice, the place looks new and has nice tables outside to enjoy the weather with a coffee, they also have a good variety of rolls which look

I like the coffee but a little frustrated with the service. I only wanted regular drip coffee. I happen to order right behind a guy who wanted an espresso drink.I hoped that while his shot was working she could have handed me mine or asked her coworker to do it. Nope. Took me much longer to get a small drip that was already made than I think it should have taken.A little teamwork would have been awesome.
