I like the coffee but a little frustrated with the service. I only wanted regular drip coffee. I happen to order right behind a guy who wanted an espresso drink.I hoped that while his shot was working she could have handed me mine or asked her coworker to do it. Nope. Took me much longer to get a small drip that was already made than I think it should have taken.A little teamwork would have been awesome.

I request and require hot foods/drinks to be HOT and cold items COLD- but here, they get everything PERFECT EVERY TIME!All the window personnel are friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable.
