While the staff was friendly enough, it bothers me a great deal when no one recognizes you with a "hello" or an "I'll be with you in a moment" as you arrive. I stood at the register and watched several employees pass by me (the cashier passed me multiple times) for nearly 10 minutes before being asked "how may I help you".It is a pet peeve of mine when service people don't do the bare minimum to welcome customers. I made it a point to comment this time since the cashier's name tag also showed that she was a trainer.

One of my go to cafe on a regular basis, should have posted a review much earlier. I love the ambiance and the staffs are so friendly. Their brownies are one of my fav as well as the tuna sandwich, to top it up there are so many options of the beverages to choose from.

I used to love the chain. However, they changed their menu and don't have any of the good sandwiches they used to serve. The girl taking our order was a typical teenager more in a hurry to chat with her friends than to take a moment to explain anything about the new menu items. Let's just say I sure am not going to go back. There are way better options.

I tried several times with both indoor and outdoor sitting area. Tried Soups inside bread, Half & Half, Bagel with Walnut cream cheese, .. Happy with food quality. There is value for money. They have a brewed Decaf coffee option as well. variety of cold drinks all with free refill. Good place for remote working.

The food is fine and if you like Panera Bread it will suffice. The folks working there aren't exactly friendly but maybe they just didn't have their coffee yet? Other than that, it's a clean establishment and food is fine.

Flies everywhere. The staff looks a bit brain dead and rude. Dirty seats dirty tables. The worst we've been too! Don't go.

I guess since I'm young I was presumed to be a student at cinco which I am not. I came in with a friend thinking since I my mouth is finally healed after getting my wisdom teeth removed I could get some decent food. Apon arriving I was there chatting with a friend I use to go to school with when an older bald blind man that wears glasses came up to me for the first time and told me if I'm not gonna buy anything I need to leave and that he "wasn't joking" after I didn't have an expression on my face. Honestly just left afterwards wasn't even talking to my friend for 2 minutes before he rushed me out literally just made me never want Panera again man needs to learn how to gtf outta people faces cause let that have been me on a good day when I was healthy .

Came in for take out, the place was quite busy for lunch. My order was correct, I watched the young lady at the counter check every to go order and she did a check off. That was good to see her doing her job! It was nice being acknowledged and welcomed as I came in.

Upon arrival me and companion were yelled at to go sit in the “kid” section and were told that a part of Panera was reserved just for “customers” we did not even get a chance to tell the employees that we were trying to buy something. I believe it rude to assume a person is there to wreck havoc and although I understand that with the start of school many kids being traffic and chaos to the store the tune and the way the responded to us walking in could have been a lot better.

i’d rate it 0 stars but reviews dont allow it. First of all, all of the workers are just rude. We came in 25 minutes before it closed hoping to just get some food to go because all the other places are closed, we waited at the cashier waiting for any worker to help us, they just kept walking past us and ignoring us. We ended up leaving because it was so unbelievable. If its closed, TELL US!! I even heard the manager talk bad about a group of kids sitting at the table eating. Which, Ive previously had a bad encounter with the manager when i came in with some of my friends, I am aware it is a quiet restaurant for people to study, but we were not even loud, and it wasnt even busy in there. 9 girls chatting of course youre going to hear something. He kept telling us we needed to shut up and giving us dirty looks. its a public place, wish i never gave them my money. And it is JUST the la cen terra location. I’ve gone to the panera bread near my work with my dad and the people there are very polite and on it. GOD I HATE THIS PLACE!!! and its staff REALLY needs some evaluating.

Love this place! The food never fails to be refreshing and fulfilling and their service is rapid and effective. The general atmosphere is warm and inviting as well.

I come to this Panera regularly and the service is usually good with only two or three employees, but today was awful. There were like 6 or 7 employees and it took forever to get my order, just to get two bagels. The register girl was lost and the one who was supposed to give me my order was making jokes and completely indifferent to my request. Hopefully, they get a better manager in this store.

Great place for soups & salads when we're shopping at LaCenterra. Clean and convenient!

They do not filter their water. Their ice and water smells like CHLORAMINE. For those not informed, CHLORAMINE is a derivative of Chlorine which the government is using to put the COVID snake venom in the water. I was sick for 6 days after drinking the Panera contaminated water.
