While the staff was friendly enough, it bothers me a great deal when no one recognizes you with a "hello" or an "I'll be with you in a moment" as you arrive. I stood at the register and watched several employees pass by me (the cashier passed me multiple times) for nearly 10 minutes before being asked "how may I help you".It is a pet peeve of mine when service people don't do the bare minimum to welcome customers. One of my go to cafe on a regular basis, should have posted a review much earlier. I love the ambiance and the staffs are so friendly. Their brownies are one of my fav as well as the tuna sandwich, to top it up there are so many options of the beverages to choose from.

I used to love the chain. However, they changed their menu and don't have any of the good sandwiches they used to serve. The girl taking our order was a typical teenager more in a hurry to chat with her friends than to take a moment to explain anything about the new menu items. Let's just say I sure am not going to go back. There are way better options.
