I placed my order on the app when they opened at 6:30. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:37 and all the lights were off and employees were barely getting out of their cars. At this point people started arriving at the drive through and people began to get their drink orders. After waiting 20 minutes I had to leave because I was already late for work. I tried calling the restaurant so that they could cancel my order, at this point I just wanted my money back. Well I couldn’t even do that because their phone number is disconnected.

A few days ago, I bought a few cheeseburgers through the drive through and one of them was supposed to be a double cheeseburger. By mistake, I received all cheeseburgers and didn't get the double cheeseburger that I ordered. When I went inside to try to exchange my burger for the double, they asked if I could wait 2 minutes for the double and that I can just keep the cheeseburger otherwise they will have to throw it away anyway. Not wanting to waste food, because I surely cannot eat both a double and a cheeseburger, I just chose to decline the offer. They apologized and simply refunded me for the cheeseburger, I also kept my cheeseburger, and they still asked if they could give me the double cheeseburger. Everyone make mistakes, but it's how people choose to fix their mistakes that really matter to me. I cannot say enough good things about the management and the employees who work at this Sonic location. They were nice, friendly, and were very quick to want to fix the issue. That was really one of the best customer service experience I have seen in a long time and I just have to comment on it.

Ordered a regular chili cheese Coney, the bun was so dried out you couldn't cut it with a steak knife, ended up throwing the whole thing away I will never go back to Sonic, they don't care what they serve.

Jesus and the manager present do a very good job in running this place and the integrity they hold in service. This is fast food and if Applebees can run a restaurant off of processed microwave food now I don't expect fast food to be 5 star in terms of the quality of food. So I don't blame the works for the quality of food. However this should never undermine customer service. And Jesus and the manager do a great job of holding the value of your money for what it's worth in their service. Compared to the other sonics I've been to. This one is fast and professional. Drinks and shakes are usually consistent and on point. The Sonic at 1880 fm 359 is absolutely horrible I know that now based on the service of this sonic and how they run the ship here. Night and day!
