Every Starbucks has its own personality, and I'm quite glad that this location isn't as ghetto as some of the other locations, especially since it's the closest Starbucks to my house.Everyone is very friendly as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is pretty quick to step up to the register to take your order. I'm not sure which location this is. However, I don't recall any bad experience lately. Except, certain stores were out of Jade Citrus Mint tea and couldn't make the Medicine Ball.
I frequently visit this location in the morning’s occasionally I have to say the shift manager on duty (Latina woman w/ glasses) always has the store very clean and her team working very hard to get drinks out as fast as possible, even when they are slammed and rude customers complaining because they can’t read the room!!! (drive through is wrapped around to whataburger & 20 ppl inside) I feel like the team doesn’t get enough credit and praise for dealing with angry morning...read full review
