Bathroom is nasty. I couldn’t even sit in the sitting area because I thought about how nasty the bathroom looked. Needs remodeling and to be deep cleaned.

The coffee is very good, the bad thing is that it is half a glass, the rest is foam, very expensive, what are they worth!! They take a long time to give the order. That should improve.

This is my location and I just want to say when I come in the morning, no matter how busy they are just super focused and every seems to work together. As a business owner you’ll just see know they were working together very hard. (03/22/24) like when you hit a stride and everyone is doing their best in their own area. It’s was really nice. Great team and they all very nice to all customers. Note: I’ve been to tons of Starbucks in different states and all I’ve experienced are nice. Just their effort and working together was cool to see. They could have given me the wrong drink and probably would t have noticed. ? ?

Every Starbucks has its own personality, and I'm quite glad that this location isn't as ghetto as some of the other locations, especially since it's the closest Starbucks to my house.Everyone is very friendly as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is pretty quick to step up to the register to take your order. Plenty of seats while you wait for your order, and they do a good job of making the drinks taste good.The only gripe I have about this particular location is the drive-thru and the parking lot situation. When it gets busy, you better hope that you'll be able to get out of your parking spot without being blocked in by the people waiting in the drive-thru line!Parking: It's hard to get out of parking spots when the drive-thru gets backed up.
I'm not sure which location this is. However, I don't recall any bad experience lately. Except, certain stores were out of Jade Citrus Mint tea and couldn't make the Medicine Ball.
I frequently visit this location in the morning’s occasionally I have to say the shift manager on duty (Latina woman w/ glasses) always has the store very clean and her team working very hard to get drinks out as fast as possible, even when they are slammed and rude customers complaining because they can’t read the room!!! (drive through is wrapped around to whataburger & 20 ppl inside) I feel like the team doesn’t get enough credit and praise for dealing with angry morning commuters everyday morning
