I when to this location because is the closest to my house and I go here all the time in the morningBut today I when with my family and I spend $50 and l left $5 tipWe got there at 8:05 pm and the first thing she said was we are about to close so you don’t have a lot of timeHowever they serve us and we stay there until 8:50 because they where moving chairs and tables and very bad way making a lot of noiseI completely understand because I’m myself in the business but I wouldn’t ever treat anybody this way.We when outside and finish our coffee and sandwichesAround 9:30 another girl come out and told us that we have to leave from the patio as wellVery poor service and bad attitudeI promise I won’t buy anything from this place again and I refuse to expend my money where people don’t care about businessThis happen today 03/19/2024 at 8pm

They are so rude. Can you see us?+And we are here again today,2024, I ordered custom coffee but he said it doesn’t come with this, does that make sense? I ordered custom coffee. And he gave me whip cream and others things separately in other cup. How can it be possible????

Horrible customer service,they always have an attitude when I pick up food.Is always the old afro guy in charge and the cashier today friday 01/26/2024 at 10:35am they were very rude.If they dont want to be working there they should have gotten other kind of job or just stay at home.They are not doing me any favor they are getting paid for doing their job.

This location obviously has not trained their baristas properly. I always order the mocha cookie crumble frappe, but never at this location before. The drink tasted like they used too much artificial sweetener. When I asked if they could remake it, the manager told me that the Java chip, double chocolaty chip frappe & the mocha cookie crumble are all the exact same thing & would not remake it. Very disappointing.

Mobile orders could be more organized. Employees that are scheduled to work the mobile orders should handle the mobile orders. Drive thru employees need to stay in drive and worry of that so orders won't get out of order or taken by another customer.
