“Well this is funny. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I walked in to Pucci. I was going with my family to get coffee and ended up at the Gucci version of a Dog shop. It was definitely the vibe of upscale and glamorous. It was very clean and had lots of interesting dog accessories and clothing for sale throughout the cafe. But what was really amazing is the outdoor patio area! That was cool!The staff were kind, courteous, and attentive. They had a decent selection of sweet treats and drinks. I had the matcha latte and cheesecake. Both were good!Maybe I’ll go back even if it’s not my cup of tea.“

Charcuterie was perfect, beer selection was decent which I wasn’t expecting, they had enough wines for my picky wife to find a flight she enjoyed, and the service was some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. They were so kind and attentive. We’ve been a few times and will continue to return. Love this spot! It’s also fun to watch the kids run around and play, but keep your eyes out for a flying ball every now and then!“

We were immediately greeted by Nancy, who worked a miracle to gather enough chairs to accommodate our group and begin to serve us. Understandably the waits for the drinks were quite lengthy, but Nancy kept us updated and got them to us asap and continued this impressive service throughout our meal. She navigated through the crowd like a pro, keeping a smile on her face in what was no doubt a super stressful environment. I just have to brag about her service!Nancy has taken care of us a few times in the past and her service always goes above and beyond, and this time was particularly commendable where I felt the need to write this review. “First time there, I would highly recommend ordering off the board and make a reservation since the place is on the small side. I had the Lobster Fradiavolo, which was filled with all types of seafood. It's definitely more than I can eat at one sitting. And make sure you save room for dessert. They present them like no one else. We had the chocolate mousse cake.“

“To the other viewers out there. The people working here are good workers. They’re not on their phones and horsing around. All of the employees that I’ve seen are well manner. At this location you can either dine in or eat outside both options are great! Be warned: some of the tables are wobbling. If this bothers you then feel free to let them know; don’t be mad at them it’s not their fault. Remember this isn’t a hot n ready to eat! You’ll have to wait 15 - 20 mins (depending how many pizza you’re ordering).“
