“We LOVE Lenny’s. We eat here at least once a week and it is always perfect. They never get our orders wrong. They’re always on time for deliveries (I’ve never eaten at the restaurant, I always Grubhub it) but it’s so good!! The cookies are divine. I love the Italian sub and my husband loves the Philly cheesesteak. My daughter loves the meatball. You just can’t go wrong, here! I had major surgery and when I woke up from the procedure, I told my husband that we needed to get Lenny’s! Better believe it, as soon as the hospital discharged me, we went and got my sandwich. The sandwich was soft and crispy at the same time and had all the flavor I was looking for. The medium is very filling and delicious! “I ordered a delivery yesterday and two of the sandwiches were wrong. I had called immediately and didn't have a great experience with the lady I spoke to, but she did say I could have the sandwiches remade some other time this week. I went in today to get my order fixed and the man that helped me was incredibly nice and apologetic. I hadn't had an issue with Jersey Mikes before, so I was a bit thrown off when our original order was wrong, but they fixed it and I'm very appreciative!“

“We have always loved Schlotzsky's sandwiches. But you have changed a bit. We decided to dine in today. Placed our order and used our debit card. Before we could even pay you ask us to tip. That's a bit weird. To tip on a service we had yet received. To my knowledge there was not a waitress/server in the entire restaurant. We walked in to your establishment and placed our order at the front of the restaurant. Made our own drinks even. However a lovely young lady did bring us our sandwiches. Just all seems a bit presumptuous. Not sure what I was tipping for. ?“
