Food is great and so are the people. BUT the shake machine has been broken for months. Can you not afford to get it fixed or get a new one? I know for a fact a lot of people order shakes from you guys and are always disappointed.
When I pulled up to the drive through no one answered. So I drive up to the window. And the attendant tells me that the drive through person earpiece and microphone battery was dead. I commented loudly that they should do their job, Not knowing that the battery on their device that died. The manager came to the window and asked me what my problem was. I’ve been to a few different locations and there ok,this visit I had was actually the best visit I had in a Arbys in a long time my food was fresh,hot fries,gyro was excellent and the service I was given from the time I ordered to the time I got my food was excellent fast and friendly I will definitely be back and tell friends and family about Kerrville Arbys. Keep up great work Jason a pleasure to meet you and know that there is someone who has passion for there job.
