I went to dunkin today for a matcha latte and the man at the counter was nice and made me feel respected and I appreciate that. Good customer service is not common enough in this town.
Used drive through for chocolate donut holes and medium coffee with two sugars. The service was quick, easy and the coffee was one of the best I've tasted. The attendant even offered to give my service dog a treat of whipped cream with a small dog cookie on top. Very K9 friendly and courteous to guest.
