This is the friendliest dunkin I have ever been to. Our cashier terri was the sweetest. ? our food was quick and hot. And of course got our sweet fix w some coconut donuts ?.

I always thought the employees are so nice, respectful, and prompt in their service.Until today. This lady, who I’ve never seen before, was so RUDE! Was picking up an order and I just wanted to confirm everything was in the bag (I am a dasher through door dash.) I saw the cashier was busy helping another customer, so I was just going to wait until someone wasn’t busy. This lady, the cashier, snaps at me with attitude saying “what order are you even here for?!?” RIGHT in the middle of taking another customers order… I say “this one right here, I was just waiting to confirm everything’s here.” She responds with attitude “well duh!” And gives me a dirty look… I understand dashers aren’t “customers” but we do SPEAK FOR OUR customer. I’m just trying to do my job, just like she was. I was patient, I wasn’t even looking in her direction when she just decided to get annoyed with me I guess. Some bigger set white lady. I’m big myself, but I don’t serve up MY attitude that big. LMFAO.

Used drive through for chocolate donut holes and medium coffee with two sugars. The service was quick, easy and the coffee was one of the best I've tasted. The attendant even offered to give my service dog a treat of whipped cream with a small dog cookie on top. Very K9 friendly and courteous to guest.

Dirty tables, dirty floors, drink case nasty and watered down drinks. We paid 32.00 for 4 drinks and 3 donuts and 3 breakfast sandwiches. I observed the workers when they slowed down just standing around. The tables need to be cleaned and free from germs. This place needs to be cleaner.Kid-friendliness: Lots of opitions

The employees here are the absolute best! I’m a regular in the morning, and I always get the same thing, they make conversation and are very friendly! Love this Dunkin!
Kerrville Dunkin Donuts has the best customer experience. They even suggested great choices and coffee was brewed perfect

Asked for lite ice and the employees filled lattes w plenty of ice. Not to mention I asked for two cups of water which they charged me for which is fine I guess but the real disappointment is that the staff failed to fill our lattes to the top. Overall I spent near $15 dollars for these drinks. Starbucks would’ve made it better however I decided to give this place a chance. I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend to anyone. Some guy w an Edgar haircut on duty failed.

They did make good donuts but the flavor drinks were always out and forced us to order something different.
This location in particular struggles to keep up with demands. Many times they have been out basics to include boxes for doughnuts. They have run out of the majority of their food products on a regular basis. Showing up early makes no difference. The staff seems frustrated with their situation too.

Ice creams obviously good it's baskin robbins. Unfortunately every time we ask for a waffle cone they're always out. None of the BR's in san Antonio have this issue. I think they're made fresh in store so it's just a case of extreme laziness. Oh well.
