“Lovely Italian eatery with great customer service! Our waitress was super attentive, and stayed on top of our visit. The food was also very delicious, and there was free bread with our meals. You do have to pay for garlic bread, however, but it’s definitely worth the money. We loved the atmosphere & the great big windows overlooking part of the square in Kilgore. 10/10 experience!“

“Mazzio’s Italian Eatery is great!I was hosted by my organization February 24, 2024 around 12 o’clock! The salad bar, pizza, and brownies, and cinnamon sticks were paid by the organization, with as many as 50 participants!The food was great, offering a wide range of dishes from diverse flavors of pizza, a salad bar, pasta, wings, and sandwiches! All meals are kid-friendly, sharing common tastes of kids!Staff were good and friendly, though they could use a little work of better communication. The cashier was quiet, but other than that, the job was done quickly and effectively.The atmosphere was okay overall. It was mainly dirty around the salad bar, dessert station, and some tables! Drink station, though, was surprisingly clean!Overall, Mazzio’s was a very great place to eat, containing a wide variety of dishes. If I ever come back to this area of Texas, I will definitely pay Mazzio’s a visit! Thank you for hosting us, Mazzio’s!“
“I can never remember the name of what i get there, but its got shrimp, chicken, mushrooms and what seems like little bits of sausages with some awesome alfredo like sauce and fettuccini noodles. absolutely delicious, the bread is great, the salads are great. the atmosphere is also absolutely excellent and friendly.“
“Rudy took care of us tonight.Ordered the Alfredo dipping sauce, and the meditation tamales for an appetizer. (Don't sleep on these!!) They were tasty, with a small kick of heat.Our food was delicious, brought out quickly with HUGE portions.The ragu sauce is a must try, it's subtle, and doesn't have the acidic bite most red sauces do.Staff was friendly and suggested a few items for our more unsure company.You can taste the love and quality ingredients in the dishes. “The food is AMAZING. Every single bite from the bread at the start to the desert at the end is phenomenal. The service is friendly and quick. The price is fair, IMO. My only tiny complaint is that the beautiful romantic atmosphere they create makes it a little dark, so its hard to see the menu at times. This is not a big deal to me personally and i believe it is 1000 percent worth your time and money to support this place just letting people know, keep a cellphone light handy and you're good to go.“
“Absolutely delish! We ordered the cheeseburger pizza. And you know.... if Burger King had a "flavor" it would be this pizza LOL it was oddly good. I don't think we will get it again but we are excited to try other things. Garlic Knots did not disappoint and were adorable.“
