“This is the first review I’ve ever given to a business, and it’s only because these 5 stars are so greatly deserved. I’ve been eating here for consistently over a year now and every time I walk in I’m greeted by the warmest, friendliest smiles. The service is unmatched, and it all starts with manager of this store, Luis. Seriously the best guy. A couple weeks ago my girl ordered online and I went to pick it up for her. Of course I didn’t check the bag first, and of course this would be the one time out of 1,000 the order was wrong. Disappointed, I called up there to see if they could just comp what they’d forgotten, but the Piada team took it a step further and refunded the entire cost of the meal (something they absolutely did not have to do.) This is the type of business you feel good about spending your money at, and overall there’s not a better bang for your buck as far as quality food goes in Tyler. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed“
“Love finding hidden gems like Bella Italian! My husband is a pizza fanatic and orders it everywhere we go! He said the pizza ? was as close to eating pizza in Italy he has had in The States. I had the pasta combo which literally had 5 different pastas, with plenty of sauce! Their marinara is PERFECT! Can't wait to go back and try the cannoli!!“
“What a great night! The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and gracious. We picked this restaurant on a whim off of Yelp reviews and were not disappointed. The bread was amazing, the atmosphere is cozy, and both of our entrees were so tasty. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Tyler.“
“Not crowded early Sunday lunch, but it got busy later. I'm told it's crazy busy on Saturday. The pizza was good, service was excellent. They add the gratuity to your check on groups don't really care for that. Overall it was a positive experience.“
“Bumpy food experience. Bread and oil was stellar! Outstanding! Salads, side, were really good, fresh greens, fresh grated mozzarella, a nice size.I ordered eggplant rollatini, husband chicken parm. My eggplant was very good, not the best but very acceptable, especially considering the entree price. Husband's chicken parmesan was way overcooked, basically almost burned. Tough, dry, inedible. Pasta was nothing special but a nice size and sauce tasted fresh. The shocker was an almost 1" thick wedge of Italian Cream cake, and it seemed to be housemade. It was dry, very dry, and eight dollars for a very thin slice. OUCH! For 8 dollars, I expect better and more cake. Service was a little slow before first encounter, but once she got with us, it was beyond reproach.“
“Wonderful local owned pizza / pasta restaurant. Probably the best tasting pizza in town. You can order by the slice just like in NYC. Large portions on pasta dishes. Don't forget the deserts, they're as good as most fancy Italian restaurants in NYC.“
“Our server was Shea and she was fantastic. A superstar. My grandpa loves to joke and goof and she made our visit together so enjoyable and we really appreciate her professional and friendly spirit. The food was the best I’ve had at an Olive Garden in years“
“We had a delicious dinner last night at Villaggio. Zoe was our server and she did an excellent job! She was able to recommend menu items she thought we would like and was able to adapt the menu for my husbands gluten allergy. I had the chicken piccata that I can't wait to order again and my husband had the halibut and GF pasta. Both were wonderful!!“
“This is our go to pizza place. I also took my Dad here one time when he came to visit and he said “wow this is the most authentic pizza i’ve ever had in my life… and you can’t beat that price.” Needless to say, I love Little Italy. It is such a cute little restaurant that’s peaceful and the waiter we usually always get, is such a kind gentleman. Never disappointed here at little italy!“
“Olive to has wonderful soup and salad combos as well as excellent full meal dishes. My favorite is the chicken marsala followed up by the chicken calliente pasta as a close second. The servers are always attentive and friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and conducive to having a good conversation ?“
“It's my favorite Pizza Hut location in Tyler! Cleaner than the rest, and the staff are on the ball pushing those orders even on weekends. I've never waited much longer than 18 minutes or so from the time I order to the time they put it in my hands (I usually wait and/or carryout). My only criticism so far is the ease of getting in and out of the location on Broadway. It's kind of on a hill, easy to miss the turn if you're not paying attention, and you have to be real careful of the 50+mph southbound traffic as your leaving. Not going to knock them for that, but just be alert if you're visiting here during rush and dinner hours.“
“Bradley you were so awesome .I normally order to go and sometimes have to deal with attitude..Thank you for making the inside dining such a great experience..I wish you the best in school and hope you go far.Just in case you need to remember who this is, we were the two older ladies in the booth. Thanks again.Jackie“
“Wife and I chose Bernard’s for our 30th anniversary celebration. Not only was the food superb, but the service was remarkable! In this post~COVID world has service suffered at many restaurants, at Benard’s service was excellent!! Definitely recommended“
