The McDonald’s in Kilgore,Tx is ridiculous. They never get your order right, they don’t say thank you . When you give them your code you don’t get the discount and then your app shows you already used that discount. This is the last time I go to this McDonald’s!

Unfortunately, on the day I last visited, there seemed to be mass confusion at the drive-through window. The first person that began taking my order did not understand English very well or could not multi-task. For the first time ever I could audibly hear three different people trying to get my order entered correctly. It was very frustrating having to repeat myself over and over. But, we survived. The food was delicious. Hopefully, they can improve their choices on the personnel they decide to place in that particular position moving forward.

The Chicken Lady
We chose to go through the drive through to get dinner to take home. We went at dinner time, so expected a little bit of a wait, but sat in the drive through for nearly 40 minutes. Got to the first window and repeated the order and paid. Got to the second window and they tried to give us happy meals that were not on our order. Repeated the order again and then the person disappeared to the back. Another 10 minute wait, but finally were handed bags. We pulled forward a bit as to not block the line to check that everything was there, but it wasn't. We parked and went inside with the receipt. Waited an additional 20 minutes at the counter to get the rest of our order, but of course the items we had already received were cold. Needless to say, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

We ordered online drove to the location and still waited over 45mins for our food and after that the order was incorrect!!!! Honestly faster to just drive to Longview and to McDonald's and bring it back to Kilgore. There do have a play place probably the only reason this location is still in business. Worst McDonald's service I have ever experienced

This is the most disgusting McDonalds in East Texas. They've food poisoned me and my kids twice now. Won't be going back. Cold food with grit in it, severely disgusting.

I ordered an iced latte. I watched them reuse a spoon after mixing someone else’s drink. Whatever idc. But I take a drink and suck a bunch of chunks through my straw. At first I thought it was food as I just ate a breakfast burrito, so I take another drink and more came out of my straw. Very

I am in Longview visiting from Dallas and I must say that the quality & taste of food is 100% better here in Longview. My Big Mac meat was seasoned and made with love, not just tossed carelessly with the contents all over the box like in Dallas ?My fries were hot & fresh ?Received good service as well ?Kudos to you McDonald's ????
