Don't bother with this location, go to the Fort Hood location, just a few minutes away. So many visits to try get something, to be told they don't have it available, every visit. The donuts more than half the time taste off, or are hard and stale. If you must stay on Watercrest, drive down a bit and stop ot Freddies or Sonic...I have tried multiple visits, feeling at the time I stopped by, was a "off" day for the store. Went in over 2 hours before closing time and it was clear the staff was annoyed since they had just mopped the floor. The guy at the counter was wearing headphones (under the store's drive thru headset) while we were ordering and kept asking me to repeat myself before finally taking out one earbud.
